Re-assigning a license...

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Chad,

I have bluehost and installed a simple script webcalendar and it overwrote my htaccess files causing my site to go by-by and I've had to manually upload add-ons to the packages folder in the public_html/ section and extract them. I restored from my last backup which was just on November 28th, but it still is saying "unable to load controller" for all of the blocks/add-ons that I had. So fun! Can you somehow re-assign a license tohttp://www.kempirepacific.com for me or is there a way I can release it then upload it to packages or will it say I have to purchase it again? I'm assuming all of the content of my blogs are lost too, huh?

Thanks, Scott Kemp

wow. real bummer of a deal you got there!

you should be able to go to your main C5 account -> transactions -> licenses, or to ->projects and download there to then upload. you should not have to buy another license.
