Release Versions RE: Pro Blog Description page

On the description page the description has what seems to be an ongoing thread of notes. At one point it says
"*** ProBlog will remain in point release on account of UserBlog package merge. The UserBlogs previously only comercial feature is NOT to be considered production ready until ProBlog is out of v7 point release."
Can you please clarify if this means the Current Version
8.1.0.0 is or is not "ready"? I'm thinking it is, but I just want to be clear on your meaning. As a suggestion, maybe just referring to a release as "Beta", at least for me, is a lot simpler. So, is
v. 8.1.0.0 Beta, or Final?
