Section / Location

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Sorry I can't search through old discussions to solve this without bothering your team.

Is here a way to prevent a user leaving a Section / Location choice at the default option (Blog) rather than have them choose a one of the section that are created

OR

Can the default section be changed to whatver categories have been created?

The reason is that is they forget to choose a section, a new sub page appears in the dropdown menu (year e.g. 2014).

If noticed and edited, the blog page correctly moves to the new section but the year and month directories must be manually deleted by the user who doesn't really understand this level of detail....
