Tag Cloud Font Size

We've built quite the collection of blog posts on our site. The tags most often used are now HUGE! So big they are spilling off the page. Does anyone know how to set a max font size for the tag cloud? I've looked through the view.php file under problog\blocks\user_blog_list\templates\tag_cloud but nothing I do seems to effect the outcome. Am I even looking in the right place? TIA for any help!!

Well in case anyone else is having this issue I found the right file I needed to modify. \problog\blocks\problog_list\templates\tag_cloud\view.php

I was then able to modify the maximum font weight and everything fits!
