What is a section page and how do I create one?

Hello,
I am new to Concrete5 although I have been designing Wordpress sites for a while. I inherited a Concrete5 site with a custom template. I have installed the Pro Blog add-on and I am stuck at one point of the instructions which state:
"CREATING NEW BLOG SECTIONS IN YOUR SITE
click on the section page in your site map (or create new one)"
When I go to the sitemap there is no "section page". This is probably a really stupid question but I need to know how do I create one?

Click on properties, attributes, assign 'problog category' or problog section.
