Where from comes the <div id="headerSpacer"></div>
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi I am trying to get proBlog to work, my multiple blogpages are showing up nicely. Problem is I build my site not based on a left_siderbar.php :( Yep stupid me.
Now I have my pb_pst.php look like a left_sidebar.php and Finaly my post-page is showing up some leftsidebar tagcoulds and all BUT why or which file is putting in div's like 'headerSpacer', 'footer' and span classes like'powered by'? I already have a nice footer and I do not need a headerSpacer. But really I have looked at every piece off php but seems to overlook something.
Please someone show me the light, if I get ride off those ugly basterts it will make my day.
cheers,
Vincent

Hi Chad,
Thanks a million. The only view.php I did not visit with a closer look was the view.php in my themes folder. I did not even know it was there. I do not use it with my other pages. So After stipping that file everything comes nicely together. Some CSS will do the creaming I guess.
Bypassing the page_types by putting pb_post in my themes folder gave an error on the tags or tagcould. Could well be my lack of programming skills or my poor understanding of the English language so I went sharp shoot back to the other approach.
One's again thanks for the helping hand.

What happens with any full collection based application(such as C5 Discussions, Events, Blogs) is installed page_types are "wrapped" by your templates "view.php". this is the file that would have your header and footer information pulled in.
I believe you can also do it differently than they way my video shows. I believe you can simply copy your sidebar page_type within your themes folder and rename that pb_post.php, and this will override that page_type as well by defining that in your theme_paths config file in your root->config folder. ( I think, to busy to check right this moment) the advantage of this is it's more litteral for the page (does not involve view.php)
Hope this helps
