ReCaptcha Box format

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi

I am just adding this block to a site and the recaptcha block seems to distort.
See attached image.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Regards

Alex

I never seen that.
IMHO it's a conflict with the CSS of your theme: please be sure that your CSS doesn't affect the recaptcha...

I have it as well, and have for a while...

It would be great if you could add fields to the setup to change the settings as documented here:

I have this same issue onhttp://lifecoacher.co.nz/contact-us/...
Is this being affected by some setting in the actual form?

Note I have just changed back to the SecurImage whilst this is being fixed, hence I attach a screenshot of afore mentioned reCAPTCHA

It's impossible to analyze the CSS of a screenshot.

BTW, it's quite easy to debug what's going wrong: you have to inspect the elements of reCAPTCHA as rendered in your theme.
To do that, open the "Developer Tools" of Chrome or Firefox and analyze every html tag of the recaptcha: you have to be sure that no CSS is defined by the CSS of your theme.

G'day Michele,

I am having this issue too (see attached). I will leave this active like this for a while you would would like to jump into the source to check to see if you can find a problem:http://www.dashweb.com.au/contact-us/...

I would be surprised if 3 of us using the same theme and getting the same problem, so it may be inherently a core change in C5 (??) This was my go to Captcha replacement for sometime and I didn't always have this problem.

I decided to grab the code of my contact form with the reCAPTCHA included by itself as an HTML file and it displays OK. I have attached that HTML file with a TXT extension. It is of course safe, however please feel free to view and review that code as a txt file before you remove the TXT extension and open it in a browser (or recreate it yourself from lines 130 to 160 onhttp://www.dashweb.com.au/contact-us/)...

I hope this helps you help us. Thanks in advance Michele?

Cheers,
Brett...

Believe it on not, I figured a way around it by using a different skin, but for the life of me, I can't remember where I made the change, and it's driving me crazy. Here is the page:http://xenoncorp.com/contact Maybe someone looking at it fresh can spot it.
