Errors on Save

Hi,
I love this block except I am running into a few errors with it on a regular basis. Are there any plans to further develop this add-on?
A major issue i am having is that I get an error (see attached image) every time I make and save a change. Actually, I get this error upon saving a new recipe as well. If I click the boxes closed and hit refresh it usually shows up.
Anyone have any idea what is the issue?

A few questions to help me out:
- What version of concrete5 are you running?
- What version of the addon are you running?
If I still can't figure it out, it might help if I could access your server. Would you be okay with that? If so, send me a PM or email with the site login and FTP information.
