Does the slide show read the image of which directory?Nothing is displayed though it installed.

The slider does not get the images or elements from a directory, as it is said in the description and name of the same, it gets the elements from Concrete5 "Scrapbook".
You must create an Scrapbook with the elements to be shown (ie: images, content areas or whatever element in concrete5) and select the scrapbook to use within the slider. It will slide all the elements in that scrapbook.
