Not with the current implementation, but with some custom JavaScript it could be accomplished.

I was also looking to achieve this on one of our client websites. We have a drop down menu with the links for all the tabs on services page. We need the link in the drop down menu to link to the tab in its open state. Could you implement this for us and if so how much do you charge.
