I don't see any code in the page source indicating that the gallery exists on the page.
Did you "publish" the changes to this page? If you're seeing things when logged in but not as a normal user, it's usually because the changes are only in "Preview" mode and haven't been published yet. To do this, go to the page in question, click "Edit Page", then make a change of some kind (like add a block and then delete it), then "Exit Edit Mode" and make sure you click the "Publish Changes" button (don't just hit the 'Enter' key on your keyboard -- this will put it into preview mode).

If that doesn't work, can you PM me your admin logon to the site so I can take a look?

Hi Jordan

I have installed your gallery addon on my site and am having the same problem as RoyB asked you about (see messages below). I have done both the things you mentioned to RoyB but gallery is still not showing on the live site, only showing when I am signed in.

Is there anything else I should have done to make it live?

Sitewww.www.laurafergusdesign.co.uk... and its the identity page of the portfolio section.

Many Thanks
Laura

The problem is that the page in question contains an autonav block which lists other pages in your site, but those other pages have their permissions set to not be visible to guests -- make those pages visible to guests and they will appear on the page.

Hi Laura,
Sorry you're having trouble with this.
Someone else had a similar problem recently, and the solution was to make images publicly viewable by guests. To do this, log in and go to Dashboard -> File Manager, then click the "Access" tab, then make sure that "Yes" is checked next to "View Site Files" underneath "Guest". I've attached a screenshot showing this because it's kind of hard to find.

If this doesn't work for you, can you PM me or email me (concrete@jordanlev.com) with a login to your site so I can go in there and try to find out what the problem is?
