Stack modal opens and closes

For some reason , my stack modal open and close immediatly ... any ide as to what could be triggering this please Many thanks

bootstrap being loaded as a separate JavaScript file. It's being included
twice - so I'd recommend commenting out the bootstrap file included with
the package and seeing if that solves the problem.
