Installation
The recommended method to install Theme Scheduler, is simply using your target website marketplace page. However, if you wish not to use concrete5 internal feature, you can follow the next instructions :
- Download the zip archive
- Uncompress the zip archive into your packages/ directory
- Visit your page (located at http://yoursite.com/index.php/dashboard/extend/install )
- Click on the Theme Scheduler Install button
Usage
- go to the page you want to apply a custom theme
- add the Theme Scheduler attribute (located in the custom attributes)
- Choose your theme
- Choose your starting date (or not)
- Choose your ending date (or not)
- Choose to apply it to the sub-pages, or not
- Save the page
- Reload the page
That's it !
When changing a theme, it is recommended to test transition between themes (and back to the original themes), since themes may have different naming for areas, and might imply area content to be hidden.
