Seems just not to work

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Nour,

I've just added this to mindtech.global but for some reason it doesn't work.

I've actived a couple of times but I can still login and out without it asking for SFA. I may just be missing something obvious?

Hello,

Once the system is enabled sitewide you have to enable it on a per-user basis. To do that you have 2 possibilities.

The first one is to go to the user's profile page in your dashboard and look for the 2FA user attribute that was added to each user. Edit the attribute to generate your code, add it to your 2FA app n your mobile phone and activate 2FA for that specific user.

The other possibility is to use the block that comes with the package. Add the block to any page and when a logged-in user visits that page they will be able to set up and enable 2FA on their account.

Let me know if anything else is not clear.
