Registration--I have setup registration to login by email id, but the registration form still shows Username when generated.
I note there is code in the register.php that appears to be conditional, but it is still displaying. What is not set so it does not display? Otherwise, it is confusing to prompt for a username even though one is not used for the login system.

Yes, login works fine.
The point is the registration form shouldn't ask for a username if the registration options are set for email. There is even a conditional in your register.php which suggests you are trying to avoid this, but your registration form still prompts for userid.

Did you look at the screenshot I attached above of your site - where it clearly says 'Email address'???
It all works as expected and I am confused at why you can not see this??
