Cannot edit gray "elegant theme for Concrete5" box

I cant place or edit blocks on the gray box where in the example it shows the text "Elegant Theme for Concrete5". I cant find what I would need to edit in the header.php file to allow me to place or edit the block there.

Yes I just got the newest version of both the template and concrete5. What should that area be called? I can edit "Sitewide Slogan" which appears at the very top of the page, "Sitewide Logo" which is where the demo says "business, and I can edit "Sitewide Header Nav" which appears between the logo and the gray square that i want to edit. Im ok with just using the header nav spot but i still have a small gray box below that is visually unappealing.
