Hi Randall,

It's difficult to find out what's causing this. I will need to have access to your server and your dashboard so I can take a closer look. But it looks more like it's caused by your server configuration.

Hi Randall,

Sorry we are usually off on weekends. Can you do something for me. Can you change the theme to a default one? Perhaps Greek Yogurt Theme or Plain Yogurt theme and see if it loads with Chrome. If not, then it should be your server configuration and has nothing to do with Clean House theme.

Thank you JZ,

I did what you stated and the site still didnt work so we have now isolated its not a theme issue, do you have any idea of what server issue I might be experiencing so I can let my hosting support know whats going on.

Any information you can supply is appreciate.

All the best,
Randall

Hi Randall,

I see. I'm guessing it's around your server config perhaps your .htaccess file or apache configuration. Let you hosting provider know about it and they should be able to help you.

Hope that helps.

JZ
