While I can appreciate your limitations on support, the fact that you were not even willing to offer any other ways to obtain support (the option to pay and/or search through a community forum, etc.) assures that I will definitely not be purchasing anything else from you (or your company).
BTW, The question was labeled pre-sales by mistake, and I have since been able to solve the issue myself.

If you actually look we have answered your question through your forum post, the above response is explaining why we can't provide support through the support system.
As you came to us nearly 2 years after you purchased, you were not entitled to even a response, read the t & c's you agreed to on purchase.
I took the time out of my day to explain how to achieve what you were trying to do, and even explained why your support request was invalid, and this is the response, which pretty much makes you a grade "A" douche bag.
Also concrete5 supply the support mechanism not me, and there is a paid support option available, again you just had to use your eyes.
I won't lose any sleep over you not purchasing from us again, frankly it's a relief. I need " customers" like you, like I need a pin in the eye.
