Aether customize theme not working

Whenever I try to customize the theme it comes up with Page Not Found

We have tried repeatedly to customize using the Aether theme and it will not work, we continue to get the following error message:

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@flightsafetytraining.fshc.com.au and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This not a server issue as have downloaded another theme that can be customised to check and it works fine. Something about this theme does not work. Also have had no response regarding our enquiry. Can we please get a refund so that we can purchase another theme that works, thank you.

I've just refunded Equinox as you could not get that working on 5.7. And now this theme will not work on 5.6?
