Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I thought I would post this here in case it comes up. When adding Tabs this error shows and it looks like there is an error between the Query which searches for the btfundamentalTabs table which it claims doesn't exist and the actual table in the database btFundamentalTabs. Simplest fix for the time being was to change the name of the table in the database to match the query. I think this might be the same issue for adding blocks including the pricing table and modal.

Hope that might be of some help in the meantime before the next update.
