Good Morning,
I have just installed your theme onto my website:http://www.wrightcarpenter.co.uk/...
However i thought you could edit the existing content that was on the theme however it's all blank. Do you know how i can get it ready built and just change the existing content?
Kind Regards
Ollie

Hi Ollie
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I have been tinkering with your site for a while now and it seems that during the content swap installation, your server times out. I have done this several times and the same result. See screenshot.
Here are some options on how to fix this.
1. You can ask your hosting provider why the timeout occurs. It could be something got stuck when the server was processing the database or PHP related issue. I also checked your environment info and it all seems adequate but just ask them to make sure.
2. You can downgrade to a lower version of C5. This could also fix it.
I have also tried installing other themes in your packages page, and it just throws out an error. I'll try to look ask around for solutions. Please let me know if any of the above options work for you.
Sorry if this got a bit more complicated. I hope we can fix this soon.
Kind regards,
James

Oh and one more thing. I also found that some issues like these will be fixed by simply reinstalling Concrete5 or starting with a fresh installation.
Hi James
The hosting company are happy to look into it. The only thing i need to do is upload the zip file into the file manager however i didn't download a file when i bought the package. I simply purchased, installed within Concrete 5 and then activated. Do you know how i can resolve this?

Hi Ollie,
Concrete5 will place the files inside the packages folder within the root directory of your site. You should be able to find it there.
Let me know if you need further help

Hi Ollie,
Not sure why they want it zipped. They could easily access the files from their end since they are the guys hosting it. Can you post here what the emailed you? Maybe there is just a misunderstanding.
Thanks and regards,
James

Hi Ollie
I got in your cpanel but all the files they need are already there. Please let them know the theme files are in www/packages/c5box_genesis. In order for them to test they need to enable content swap upon installing. Let them see the screenshot I gave you before. Sorry I couldnt be of more help. Hopefully they will fix this soon. :)

All sorted now/ Looks Great.
Thanks for choosing my theme. :)
During the theme installation phase, did you select yes when it asked you to use content swap? Please see screenshot.
