Permalink Browser Info Environment
It appears that the version I bought will not work. I'm getting corrupted file error and that it needs to be 5.7 or later. I didn't realize when I downloaded that I was on the later version. Please refund so I can buy a compatible version.

Hi,

I suggest to email/PM Franz Maruna for this since If we do refund from our end we will get a deduction from our account but if the concrete5 core team will do the action they can just easily do the refund without us getting deduction.

this refund has been issued and the funds should show back up in your bank account in a few days.

just of note, there are no refund penalties to the 3d party developer any more.
