Theme didn't install

I purchased a new theme and assigned it to my site but it doesn't show in themes. I am looking in Extend concrete5>Add Functionality but it lists nothing awaiting installation.
I did receive my receipt, and I can find instructions on installing manually, but I don't have a download to upload.
Is there something I'm missing?

well that should work then. Sounds like your connect to the community might not be working properly. That happens on some server configurations.
If you make sure the license is NOT assigned to a project page, you should have a download archive link next to the add-on in your purchase history here:

In following that link, I see the new Theme. I clicked "details" and see it assigned to "3LPlace", which is correct.
When I clicked 3LPlace, I saw 2 assigned urls. I added a new one (with https enforced) and it lists it, but with no version. The other 2 show as 5.6.3.5 and 5.6.3. Is this possibly the issue?

If I delete the two projects and recreate a new one, will this cause potential issues?
If you just release the add-on from the project you should be able to download the archive directly
In extracting the theme and putting it in the packages folder, I can see it in "Awaiting Installation". When I try to install, it says:
This package requires concrete5 version 9.1.0 or greater.
When I go to update, it says I can go to 8.5.12. Any suggestions, please?

This theme isn't yet compatible with concrete version 9, so that might be it.
