first, sorry for the delay.
It seems that when you installed the theme, you did not select the "Swap Site Contents" option.
So if you want to clear your site contents and install the demo contents, I'd recommend resinstalling the theme with the "Swap Site Contents" option.
This is what you need to do:
1. Go to Dashboard > Pages & Themes and activate the Elemental theme.
2. Go to Dashboard > Add Functionality. Click on the Details button next to the Long Way Home theme. Next, click on Uninstall package.
3. Now you should see the Theme under "Awaiting installation". Click on Install.
4. In the following screem, make sure you select "Yes. Reset site content with the content found in this package".
Please note that this will remove any content you have added to the site and install the theme's demo content.
