Thanks a lot for your purchase, and sorry to hear you are having an issue.

It looks like you have not applied the custom template to the navigation, to do this please follow the steps below:

1/ Place your site in edit mode, and click on your navigation bar.

2/ From the context menu that appears select "Design & Block Template". next to the heading "Block template" choose either "Main Nav" or "Main Nav Placeholders".

3/ Click save then publish your page as normal, your mobile nav should now be present, if it is not, please clear your browser and Concrete CMS cache.
