Footer

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I want to create a footer with a heading for each column - three columns, with four rows. Each cell/text will hyperlink/point to another page.

I read some where on the internet that I would have to edit the PHP file , my host ishttp://www.123-reg.co.uk/, and as I have downloaded your theme from the market place straight to C5, 123-reg does not list the theme in its file system.

So to create the footer, is it best practise to edit the PHP file? In this case should I upload the template to 123-Reg so I am able to edit the PHP file? or is there an easier way of creating the footer? Thanks
