Existing site conversion to responsive theme

Hi,
I am looking for a new responsive theme to update my existing site (Concrete 5.6.1.2), and Skyline theme is likely that I need.
If I just install Skyline theme in my site, will I have all my content blocks translated to this new responsive format? or, will I have to copy and paste the content blocks to the new ones?
