Lower blocks on Homepage

I'm curious how you laid out the lower blocks in the demo. I have done the same using the layout function and they will not stack when responsive. Did you do one content block and add each div in there?

Are you referring to the blocks in the footer?
If so just add a total of 3 then once published and out of edit mode they will stack. It works like this as C5 only adds the wrapper styles out of edit mode.
