Refund - I need it to run on 5.7 as my host cannot install earlier version of Concrete5

Hi

I sent a couple of emails (via your website) to you but got no response. I need to get a refund on this purchase as I cannot install a version of Concrete5 any lower than v5.7 on my hosting platform and Skyline does not work with this version.

Please let me know how I do this.
