1.01 - fixed missing code in view.php

1.02 - added blog_entry page type and centralized header content in the header.php file.

1.03 - added a conditional statement that addes 45px of space to the top of the theme while logged in as an Administrator so the edit bar in v.5.5 doesn't overlap the theme.
