Is it only after I gave you a negative review that you contact me? Or if you're two busy with your regular day job just post "No Support".

Just refund my money because if you're asking me to send you a link for my request for support you definitely don't monitor your support forum as there was one posted on sept. 3rd with screenshots and everything. I even called your company with no response.

I don't have time, I spend 55 dollars on a theme that says great support, without any support and look at the support forum and there are things going back till 2014 not answered.

Holy Cow, you've got a very good dup process going on here. I called your number, why didn't you call me back? Just refund the money.

I don't want to go any further as I'm under a deadline and have moved to using WordPress, much more support from those guys when you pay for something.
