Why can't I add any more pages to my site?

Why won't the sitemap let me add any more pages? When I try to it just takes me to the page that I am try to add the sub-page to but without any of the edit top bar.

When I am on Sitemap in Dashboard and try to add a sub-page to my menu pages It doesn't happen - it calls up the form to add the page, I name it, I choose the page type (left side-bar) and save it but there is no page added to the sitemap or my website. Instead I am returned to the page of the tab on my menu that I was trying to add the new page to and there is no longer any of the adit options displayed at the top of the page.
I need to expand my site to include new information but can't.

This seems doesn't have any link to Supermint.
It seems also that is a javascript error. Since when this error happen ?

I don't know why it's happening or why Javascript isn't working if that's the problem. My PC auto-updates for things like that so it should work OK....
I noticed the editor bar not always showing up a while ago but it was intermittent and I was able to edit what I wanted after trying a couple of ways to get to the page I wanted with the editor bar working OK. It was annoying but not impossible so I coped with it.
I didn't know about not being able to add a page until this week gone when I tried. This is really a problem that I need to resolve.
How do you suggest I get round this?

I don't really understand what what you are trying to do. Can you explain step by step ?
