Viewport toolbar

Hey there, I bought and installed the Viewport theme, but do not see an Add Page option on my toolbar. I see an Add Subpage if I get into the Edit options. How do I get the Add page on the toolbar?

There is no Add Page button in the concrete5 toolbar, only the Add a Sub-Page. If you want to add a top level page click the Add Sub-Page button on the Home page or go to Dashboard->Full Sitemap and add pages there. See these tutorials:
