Upgrade from 5.7.4 to 5.7.5.1

Hi
I have tried to update C5 from 5.7.4 to the latest version (5.7.5.1) and have had catastrophic results.
The error message that is displayed is

I have tried to update C5 from 5.7.4 to the latest version (5.7.5.1) and have had catastrophic results.
The error message that is displayed is
Call to a member function getServiceIconHTML() on a non-object
I have attached to screen shot of the error message that is displayed.
The getServiceIconHTML() method is used in the Social Links and Share This Page blocks.
If you have a backup, I wonder if you can try removing those blocks from pages first, then upgrading.
