Is 5.6 auto updating it's self?

Hi.
I'm finding sites are losing the quick hover nav in dashboard making it more click heavy to work around.
Also seeing sites with the following error.
Warning: session_regenerate_id(): Cannot regenerate session id - headers already sent in /home/rooftecscotlandc/public_html/concrete/startup/session.php on line 39
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/rooftecscotlandc/public_html/config/site.php:9) in /home/rooftecscotlandc/public_html/concrete/core/libraries/view.php on line 963
Any news would be helpful
