How to limit users or group from deleting files on the sitemap?

I've set Task Permissions on Access Sitemap to Editors group. This also allows them to delete and set permissions on each page. How do I limit users or groups to a certain features on the Sitemap menu? Does this require Advanced Permissions turned on?
