accessing table via excel

Hi,
I'm just getting started on this and am looking to access the records of a table created from the forms front end.
In myphp admin, which is the table that records the data from the forms please?
End goal is to create a data connection so excel can download from the database and slice and dice.

The data isn't really stored in a useful format to access directly from phpMyAdmin. The better method is to go to Dashboard -> Advanced Forms -> Records, and at the bottom of the table select the "Export Data" option.
Thanks for reply. I see how things are structured across the tables in the database and this makes it quite easy to pull into excel, where it's carved up. All good.
