Adding form fields to Data Display template

Hi there,
Just purchased the Advanced Form and Data Display bundle, great combination.
However I am unable to insert form fields to a Data Display template.
I'm sure it must be a simple solution that I'm just not seeing.
Please see attached file.

Not even an attempt to answer my question.
Maybe my question was too simple to answer, or whatever. However I think there should be some support, specially selling the addon for this price.
Had I known this before buying the combo pack I would not have purchased this add on.
I would have supported other developpers.

Hi,
I am pretty familiar with Data Display and Advanced forms but you are not giving enough information. Are you saying that when you are creating an a data display template that it will not insert a field that you have already specified in your related advanced form?
