Checkbox option field cuts of text/Change date field defaults

Hi there,

I am trying to edit the Checkbox options area. I need my users to acknowledge lengthy insurance mumbo jumbo and it cuts it of after 213 characters. Could you please direct me to where I may change that.

Also, which may be in the same area to edit, I am trying to change the Date field so that the beginning year date isn't 2005. I need many more years before that.

Thank you for your help, the rest of the Addon has been great!
