Data Display Edit and Delete links don't render on mobile devices

Perhaps I'm not getting a response because I posted this initially on the support page -- but it did seem to me to be a bug. Everything these days should be coded to work on mobile devices, no?
The Data Display Edit and Delete links don't render (it's not just that the links don't work - they're not visible)on mobile devices. I have tested on iPhone, iPad and Android tablet with a variety of browsers -- no luck.
Two questions - (1) Can this be added to the development queue and (2) is there a work-around? Make that three questions - (3) If this can be added to the queue how long might it take?
