Hi All, i've created a form into a page type defaults page, so this way i can reuse same form on different pages, and edit form in just one place.

My question is: Is there a way to detect or to include in the records which page the form has been submited from? I know i can associate a record with a page, but i want to detect this automatically, because i´m using the form currently through more than 10 different pages.
