Email notification not sending

Permalink Browser Info Environment
One problem I am facing is I have a client that had to move their Concrete5 web site to a new server when having problems with the old. And now they are saying that the Advanced Forms email notifications aren't sending emails.

I know for a fact that they do as our older development version of their site works fine with sending out the notifications and it worked before they moved the server. So I wanted to find out what settings on their new server need to be changed or what files need write permissions in order for the email notifications to be sent out when submitting to the forms.

Any insight will be helpful.

Thanks

It turns out the problem was that the server did not have a mail sender setup. So it is good now.

No problem, I understand how those go. While I do not have much expertise about identifying problems on the server or settings myself.

Thankfully my computer works with someone that does, who was able to provide a fairly quick answer.

Thanks for the response.
