Export not working properly

Hey there,

I've run into some major problems with the export functionality. It's not currently working and I think part of it has to do with the doubled index.php.

Any help would be appreciated.

mydomain.com/index.php/index.php/tools/packages/sixeightforms/export_data?fID=407

Why do you have two index.php files?

No clue. I don't actually have two on my server. Other forms export just fine. This is the only form I am having problems with.
