Just as the subject states. I have a message in the options box to show a message to the person who submits a form. But no message comes up, the page refreshes and the form resets itself to blank fields.

Can you help?

I updated to the latest version of C5.

I'm on Mac OS 10.8 but this happens on any computer system.
