HTML5 input types

It would be nice to be able to use actual html5 input types (email, tel, number, url, etc) for in-browser validation. Currently, even when I select "email" or "number" under "Add New Field" the output is still
<type="text">

Yeah, it already exists. Check out the forms settings, under the "Other Settings" tab. There's an option for "Use HTML5 Field Types."

Thanks for responding. I already had that selected and it doesn't seem to make a difference. input types that should be "email" are still "text".
