Improved field "file from file manager"

Hello!
I had an idea for improving this great plugin. It would be really useful to be able to choose, in the case of a field "file from file manager, whether to display the thumbnail generated by concrete rather than the actual file. Consider for example an online newspaper that has a list of items, each of which is flanked image. It would have benefits far beyond the concrete loading the thumbnail instead of the original image resized by the browser.
To do so, you could look at a select box with the following options:
- Use the original file
- Use the small thumbnail
- Use the thumbnail level2
- Use the thumbnail level3

Another small improvement would be to insert between the formats of the commands in the field WYSIWYG Panel also customized. In the options of concrete fact, you can also specify a custom panel for tinymce, and would be very easy to retrieve it, even within this field.
