first of all I would like to congratulate Justin for this wonderful addon!
There is a point that I think should be changed:
- Permits

Currently you can specify using checkboxes the following permits:
- add
- change
- approve
- delete

You can also specify that users can modify or delete only records that belong to it, but regardless of group.
In this way you can not get a situation like this:
- Group A: add and edit only their own content.
- Group B: update, approve and delete the contents of all.

This is because by setting the option "edit only their own content, " it is applied to all groups equally.
In my opinion it would be appropriate to set the permissions in this way (with the use of select boxes instead of check boxes):
- no add / add 1 / add many
- no change / edit your / edit all
- approve none / approves your / approves all
- remove any / Delete your / Delete all

A change of this kind would make it very attractive in the perspective of a workflow plugin average overall.
