My ethernal problem: customize forms (even using table colspan) and also read reports in dashboard (like the native C5 forms reports does). Does your app can do it?

Customizing the HTML of the form would be pretty tricky, but it using a table-less layout, so if you're familiar enough with CSS, you can do pretty much anything you want to with that.
Regarding reports, yes you can see all of the records in the Dashboard. Check out the demo:
