Filter not working properly

Permalink Browser Info Environment
First, I really like this add-on, good job!

I am having issues where I add a filter and all of the locations automatically select ALL filters in the block settings. No matter what I do, I cannot get it to save only 1 filter. I have gone in, deselected the inappropriate filters for each location, but it keeps selecting them all on save.

Also, I cannot see any of the descriptions at all. Please assist.
