Ya sounds like your server had a hiccup and this would generally apply to any plugin that was being installed during this, so this isn't really a specific issue for our plugin, but that said, I can give you some ideas on how to fix a bugged install like this.

1. Go to Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment > Database Entities and click Refresh Entities. Then try to uninstall and install again.

2. If that doesn't work, then I would suggest you manually remove everything. Here are the steps.

- Use your PhpMyAdmin or whatever connection you have to the MySQL database and make sure the following tables are gone/dropped:
-- afxRedirectNotFound
-- afxRedirectRules
-- afxRedirectUrlsChanged

- Then in the Packages Table, make sure there isn't an entry for: afixia_seo_redirects
- I would maybe suggest deleting the afixia_seo_redirects package from the packages directory using your file manager or FTP.
- Then go to Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment > Database Entities and click Refresh Entities.
- Download the plugin once more and try to install.

Good luck! Hope that works for you!
